These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://beautycoach.in and purchases from BeautyCoach (“BeautyCoach”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

1. Store and products

BeautyCoach sells beauty tools and accessories. Product descriptions, images, availability and prices may change without notice. We try to keep product information accurate, but minor differences in color, packaging or appearance may occur.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion.

Unless otherwise stated, content on this store, including branding, text, graphics and original materials, is owned by or licensed to BeautyCoach and may not be copied or used without permission except as permitted by law.

You must not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, interference with store security, or infringement of another person’s rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BeautyCoach is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to BeautyCoach and the transaction, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
